I wrote this poem with Andrew, 24. We're both 24. I visited him for
a week in Leeds 3 years ago.
We wrote this together. It's about River mainly. Let me know what
you think of it.

Multi-coloured

Trickling between cracks in the floor you lay on
Re-living the only moment you knew
Your haunting tune
Babbling backwards in tepid waters
Son of the earth
but daughter to the self-slaugter
A room to consume
Covered in blood, your heart on your sleeve
Your chemical romance with star crossed lovers
Sadly, you will not recover
Femininity, the heroin did decieve
It made sure that you and the world would suffer a loss
on the darkest of All Hallows Eve's

12 years passed by
If we said we don't miss you we were living a lie
Dark blood rushing through my veines on Halloween night
Where are you now, can I make you alright?
A year passed since I went out to dance Halloween away
To forget that you were getting high with the help of a "friend"
But tonight I lie on my back and cry for the loss
And because you could not live this life
Andy calls me a halloween dancer
I dance through the night
A halloween dancer
Your flame still burns bright
I mourn the loss
And my dark blood rushes
Will never be freed, but on some Halloween night
An angel flies on golden wings
I cry out your name
As you pass by
Can't stop you
You're on your mission
In your multi-coloured world
While I become grey

I'm in a garden with beautiful roses
Growing out of the earth
Nurtured by your love and your smile
Their thorns squeeze the last blood out of my heart
The world becomes multi-coloured and not even dark
Flying away on golden wings
You are here
This is not the end
You're every colour in the rainbow
Arching over us in endless skies
A Spectral Spectre
It's just not the same though
As seeing the colour of your eyes

Thank you, Sarah.
Soon we want to write a poem that is happier and not so morbid, also
about River.

That on the photo is Andy by the way.
