Hi all,
I'm a new here, i think that i'm the only Croatian here, but never mind.
I think that people on't talk so much about River like they talk about other dead actors, and i wonder why is that?
here in Croatia people don't even know who is River Phoenix...

That is a shame. Yes.. he died young. Many people know of him on an international level, but not all do. I am glad you visited here. If you are not familiar with him, perhaps you can check out some of his movies. I reccomend Running on Empty. I think it was one of his best films. He was nominated for an Oscar award for it. An Oscar (here in America) is the highest honor an actor can receive. He was very, very talented. Take care.
