It is the first I hear of it but I highly doubt it. It if were true, you'd thing Luka would be bragging about it. No disrespect but he just seems like that kind of person.
You cannot really rely on comments people leave on youtube. I have the feeling some people see a resemblance between them (which I really don't BTW) so they came up with the cousin idea.
Just my personal opinion.
